Please be punctual and arrive on time to receive your full treatment. We all get busy, and we understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and cancellation of your appointment may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we kindly request 48 hours’ notice. This courtesy enables us to schedule another client at this time. If 48 hours notice isn’t given or you simply fail to attend your scheduled appointment, you will forfeit your paid deposit or Gift Voucher. As cancellations and ‘no shows’ significantly impact business, I need to enforce a strict cancellation policy and trust you understand the need to do so.
